The company offers acoustic Picture, Pods, Furniture and PET Felt panels, providing excellent sound dampening qualities and versatility in design applications. These acoustic products can be used for wall and ceiling coverings, room dividers, and custom installations, merging aesthetics with acoustic functionality for a unique client experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer at MUTE : acoustics. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, optimizing industrial engineering practices, and utilizing mechanical engineering principles. The role is highly hands-on involvement in machining operations to ensure product quality and efficiency.

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings to a fabrication level of detail.
• Automated creation of 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD in Rhino/Solidworks/Fusion.
• Develop programs to power the shop machines to produce the specified components with minimal material waste and processing time.
• Extract bills of materials (BOM).
• Develop and recommend changes that improve the manufacturing process or product quality.
• Hold meetings with suppliers and negotiate costs.
• Provide technical support and assistance to production and maintenance team.
• Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
• Support Operations department in providing solutions to increase manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in Manufacturing Processes and 3D parametric CAD.
• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machining
• Knowledge of quality control methods and process optimization
• 2-6 years experience working with suppliers in UAE for manufacturing components.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Salary Range

6-9.000 AED.
