Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Market Managers to oversee hotel accounts across various inquiries.
  • Prioritize daily tasks, monitor outcomes, and track progress using internal systems.
  • Address issues related to accounting, allotment, reservation notifications, cancellations, etc.
  • Coordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners, including campaigns and promotions.
  • Assess production, managing rates and availability loading and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Communicate effectively with partners via various channels such as phone, email, and internal systems. Proactively reach out to clients to for missing information and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide training to hotels on using the extranet
  • Stay informed about new products and features.
  • Contribute to market and competition research efforts.
  • Prepare necessary reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management, etc.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Attentive to detail with a quick learning ability.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dynamic, positive, and a valuable team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
