About The Job

Danone MENA is looking for a talented Marketing Activations Coordinator (Maternity Cover, 7 months - External Hire) for its Specialized Nutrition Business Aptamil in the Middle East and North Africa region to be based in the UAE.

This role is designed to

• Scouting for Event Locations
• Identify and evaluate potential venues for events.
• Conduct site visits and assess suitability based on event requirements.
• Vendor Creation
• Manage the process of creating new vendors.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and approved.
• Agencies Bidding
• Manage the bidding process for selecting agencies.
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate prices to ensure best value.
• Purchase Order (PO) Creation
• Prepare and process purchase orders for event-related services and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Flight Reservations
• Coordinate travel arrangements for event participants.
• Book flights and manage travel itineraries with relevant agencies.
• Visa Securing
• Assist with visa applications and ensure timely processing.
• Liaise with relevant agencies to resolve any issues.
• Final Invoices Submission
• Collect and review final invoices from vendors and service providers.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness before submission for payment.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive records of all event-related activities.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on event outcomes and expenditures.
  
  

About You

To be successful in the role, you should ideally have

Education

• Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
  
  

Experience / Knowledge Required

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Arabic and English
• Based in Dubai
  
  

Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Propuyer, SAS and Internal systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
