Marketing Associate

Job Summary It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for Marketing Associate (fixed term role) to become part of our industry-leading Marketing team, based in Dubai.

Marketing Team works with the vision of driving growth across all categories and develop high impact and locally relevant customer experience.

The Marketing Associate will be tasked with the development and delivery of local market insights through an outstanding and uncommon customer experience. He/she will report to the Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities within Marketing include local engagement with customers, bringing forward the trends, opportunities, initiatives and targeted local marketing promotions, and creative, impactful communication

• To Support the Marketing Manager in preparing presentations for local engagement with customers with powerful storytelling, compelling ideas, and meaningful ways to connect
• To assist in bringing forward local insights, trends and identifying opportunities, and relevant initiatives in EMEA across category by collecting quantitative and qualitative data from different databases
• To assist in delivering creative and impactful communication that is on brand and improves the image of IFF by creative designs such as labels, concept ideas, etc.
• To perform market analysis and research on competition
• To support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• To help organize marketing events such as tradeshows, campaigns etc.
