Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for digital and print marketing, including social media, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials
- Maintain a strong online presence for the hotel across all relevant channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partners for promotional activities and campaigns
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, photo and video shoots
- Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Events) to promote offers and experiences
- Track marketing performance and generate regular reports and insights
- Ensure all marketing materials align with Hyatt brand standards and tone of voice
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local happenings to leverage timely opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or digital communications, ideally in hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity
- A proactive attitude, curiosity, and passion for storytelling
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Russian, German, or Spanish
