FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking systems and access control, counting on 53 sales companies in 29 countries, across 5 continents, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is looking for a Marketing Coordinator that will be part of our company based in Dubai.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Business Development team by implementing marketing strategies, organizing promotional initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing campaigns, creating content, coordinating events, and managing digital marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth.
Responsabilities
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Business Development team by implementing marketing strategies, organizing promotional initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing campaigns, creating content, coordinating events, and managing digital marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth.
Responsabilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and communications.
- Identify and coordinate marketing initiatives aligned with business development goals. Follow and enhance current workflows, bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement to strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage marketing materials, databases, and campaign records efficiently.
- Document all relevant information thoroughly to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure total compliance with established quality assurance procedures and brand guidelines.
- Must be able to manage multiple marketing projects with concurrent deadlines, balancing workload demands effectively.
- Must be attentive to potential risks in marketing activities and proactively mitigate challenges.
- Support the company’s strategic plans by aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with other team members to achieve company common goals.
- Coordinate and execute any other assigned tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a multinational or corporate environment
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Experience in B2B marketing, event planning, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Time management orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Must have the ability to develop long term relationships with internal resources, outside partners, engineers, owners and contractors.
