Overview

Marketing Director - you have expert marketing leadership in healthcare and a flair for building standout brands. A leading private hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE is searching for a visionary Marketing Director to lead and transform our marketing, digital engagement, and corporate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement our strategic marketing plan, identifying new growth opportunities in the field.
• Manage and build the hospital's brand as the premier orthopedic choice in the region.
• Own internal and external communications: PR, media, crisis comms, and public messaging.
• Drive results in digital marketing: SEO / SEM, social media, patient engagement campaigns, CRM, and website management.
• Create and execute referral and outreach programs with clinics, doctors, insurance providers, and community partners.
• Lead patient education, awareness events, and health-focused initiatives.
• Build, inspire, and mentor a motivated marketing team.
• Coordinate across clinical, HR, and finance teams to deliver outstanding campaigns.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years' marketing experience, with at least 5 years in UAE healthcare / hospital sector.
• Bachelor's in Marketing / Business (Master's preferred).
• Proven success driving growth, brand recognition, and digital campaigns in healthcare.
• Fluent English (Arabic a plus).
• Strategic mindset, superb communication skills, and data-driven approach.
