We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and ensure the successful execution of campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and assisting in the development of promotional strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing monthly campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Supporting content creation and overseeing social media calendar for hotel and restaurant channels including Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
  • Assist in media relations, influencer media invite for restaurant, content creators for hotel coverage.
  • Manage relationships with media, influencers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market social media research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of media events and brand activations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels for hotel & restaurants.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing projects.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
