The Role
We are a collaborative and innovative group of professionals dedicated to creating engaging lead generation campaigns for internal MEED & GlobalData sales teams and seamless online shopping experiences for our clients. Our team collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Editorial and Customer Success. We are committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends and embracing innovative marketing approaches. Our team thrives on creativity, welcomes challenges, and consistently seeks ways to deliver exceptional value, drive growth, and position MEED and GlobalData as global research and data intelligence leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and executing efficient and intuitive lead generation strategies through online and offline channels
- Produce effective marketing assets that clearly conveys core USP’s and value proposition
- Analyse campaigns’ performance to gather insights and suggest improvements
- Segment contact lists based on past behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions
- Report on sales revenue generated from marketing efforts
- Develop documentation and road maps for marketing and CRM processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through various channels
- Increase customer engagement and product usage to boost retention and satisfaction rates and upsell opportunities
- Understand churn patterns in our current subscription base and implement marketing campaigns to address the main reasons for this churn
- Liaise with in-house designers, media, printers and publishers as required
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Qualifications and Skillsets:
- 3+ years hands on marketing experience, ideally from international company, running the following channels: email, social media, events, lead nurturing, marketing automation, push notifications, paid ads
- Thorough knowledge of marketing best practices – staying on top of the latest trends
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (Sales Force and HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Experience in contact database segmentation and customer insights
- Basic understanding of renewal sensitivity planning and operations
- Hands on experience with basic HTML editing (updating email templates, landing pages)
- Understanding of web analytics and UI/U
- Natural team player, collaborative
- Excellent communication – efficient, honest and able to clearly convey a message
- Able to work fast with high accuracy
- Works well independently as well as part of a team
- Calm under pressure and tight deadlines
