We are a premier wellness club focused on providing holistic health and wellness experiences. With multiple branches and a growing brand presence, we are looking for a dynamic leader to shape and elevate our marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to drive growth and brand recognition.

  • Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies as needed.

  • Campaigns & Activations:

Design, launch, and manage impactful marketing campaigns to drive membership, engagement, and revenue growth.

Oversee both digital and offline activations, including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event sponsorships.

  • Event Management:

Plan and execute high-profile events, workshops, and activations that enhance the wellness club experience.

Manage all aspects of event coordination, from concept to post-event analysis.

  • Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice, identity, and presence across all channels, including digital, print, and in-club communications.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across locations.

  • Digital & Social Media Leadership:

Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

Leverage analytics to drive content strategy and optimize marketing spend.

  • Team Leadership:

Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Partnerships & Collaboration:

Work closely with external partners and influencers to drive collaborative initiatives.

Liaise with the product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure marketing alignment with the wellness club’s services and offerings.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Regularly assess campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs.

Present reports and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies
