Job Brief:
Our client is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Marketing Executive with a strong passion for gaming to manage social media content, oversee PR activities, and handle influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate must be a gamer at heart, with the ability to curate engaging gaming-related content and help grow the online presence of gaming brands. This role combines social media management, public relations, and influencer marketing with an understanding of gaming culture and community trends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from development to market launch and ongoing performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet product revenue and profitability goals.
- Provide technical support and product training to sales teams, distributors, and clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and pricing.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to enhance product features and ensure quality compliance.
- Prepare product datasheets, presentations, and promotional materials in coordination with marketing.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and explore new opportunities.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Identify and develop new applications for insulation and HVAC products in target markets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical roles within the insulation, HVAC, or building materials sector.
- Strong technical understanding of insulation materials and their applications.
- Proven ability to convert technical insights into commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
