Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for a dedicated Marketing Executive to join their extraordinary culinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses, the newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day-today:

As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the hotel's online presence across all social media platforms. You will develop and execute engaging content strategies that showcase the hotel's unique personality, drive brand awareness, and support business goals in line with IHG and Holiday Inn brand guidelines.

  • Design and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, spa, and events.
  • Create seasonal campaigns (e.g., holiday promotions, staycation packages) to attract guests.
  • Manage the hotel’s website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Use SEO, SEM, and email marketing to drive online bookings.
  • Monitor online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking.com) and respond where appropriate.
  • Create engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, photos, and videos showcasing the hotel’s offerings.
  • Work with photographers, designers, and videographers to develop promotional material.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to promote group bookings, conferences, weddings, and events.
  • Support revenue management through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with local tourism boards, influencers, media, and travel agents.
  • Organize press releases, FAM trips, and influencer stays to generate publicity.
  • Promote in-house events such as brunches, live music nights, and cultural festivals.
  • Coordinate with the events team to ensure promotions align with the event theme and target audience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback.
  • Use data to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Promote hotel loyalty programs (e.g., Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors).
  • Create campaigns to drive repeat bookings and guest retention.
  • Track campaign performance (website traffic, bookings, ROI).
  • Prepare marketing reports for management review.
  • Assist in managing the hotel’s marketing budget.
  • Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

What We Need From You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality. Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, hashtags, analytics, and engagement strategies.

Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing is a plus.

Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
