PURPOSE
The Marketing Intern will support the planning, organization, and execution of A. Lange & Söhne Retail Marketing strategy in the market, under the supervision of the two regional Marketing Executives. He/she will support the operational implementation to develop the business by increasing client acquisition & loyalty in a multi-channel environment. He/she is also responsible of implementing the marketing activities in the retail network, in full coordination with his/her management.

The Marketing Intern will support the planning, organization, and execution of A. Lange & Söhne Retail Marketing strategy in the market, under the supervision of the two regional Marketing Executives. He/she will support the operational implementation to develop the business by increasing client acquisition & loyalty in a multi-channel environment. He/she is also responsible of implementing the marketing activities in the retail network, in full coordination with his/her management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & implement small scale local events (ex: Boutique Activation) in the GCC region:
- Prepare briefs, negotiate quotes, control of quality of deliverables, follow-up on deadlines
- Coordinate with all parties (HQ, Management, Retail Team, Contractor)
- Ensure high quality of execution & supervision on D-Day
- Strict follow-up on PO & invoices with suppliers for each assigned project
- Post-event reports on all Marketing activities through the year
- Coordinate Visual Merchandising wave implementation for each campaign
- Marketing team support on Ad-Hoc topics (ex: client gifting)
- Retail team support for Ad-Hoc needs (ex: client airport pick-up)
- Support media plan activities for the region in partnership with HQ & local Mediacom
- Bachelor’s in business administration or any related field
- Experience in Marketing projects for a recognized brand is a plus
- Fluent in both written & spoken English
- Technical skills / abilities:
- Rigorous & detail oriented
- Follows policies & procedures
- Ability to build relationships with clients & partners of different cultures & backgrounds
- Ability to work to deadlines & adapt to changes at any stage of a project
- Displays an understanding of the Middle Eastern market & its network
- Personal skills :
- Team spirit with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, dynamic & solution oriented
