What are we expecting from you?
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, you will be responsible for the implementation of the product strategy and the fulfillment of the strategic objectives, while promoting 3 different categories and creating the conditions for sales teams to develop business. To that extent, you will:
- Lead the localization and execution of the product strategy, identifying local opportunities and adapting the international vision to meet specific market needs
- Orchestrate 360° product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful client experiences
- Coordinate product activations and boutique animations, providing relevant product training, toolkits, and sales support materials
- Monitor category performance through sales forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and post-launch analysis, while contributing to annual planning and special project development
