Job Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the global product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning.
  2. Conduct risk and business impact assessments to identify security requirements and integrate them into marketing initiatives where applicable.
  3. Achieve product marketing targets and manage budgets by monitoring performance and implementing improvement plans as required.
  4. Enhance product marketability and profitability by identifying and leveraging market opportunities, optimizing product packaging, and coordinating new product development efforts.
  5. Drive pricing strategies by using market research data; gather insights through customer questionnaires, focus groups, and other research methodologies.
  6. Develop compelling marketing content—including case studies, website copy, blog posts, and video materials—in collaboration with internal teams.
  7. Foster strong collaboration and alignment across Strategy, Partnerships, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
  8. Design and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies addressing key gaps, growth opportunities, and market-specific needs.
  9. Monitor, track, and analyze the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  10. Develop a deep understanding of products, internal standards, and unique differentiators to craft strategies that enhance communication effectiveness and brand awareness.
  11. Generate new business leads, explore product diversification opportunities, and adapt to evolving market trends.
  12. Increase brand awareness and market share by overseeing branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in developing marketing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in campaign management, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
