About the Role:
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support Three Space Lab’s growth in the Middle East and Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, strengthening the company brand, and driving lead generation. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business objectives.
This is a part-time contract position, requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week. Based on performance and company needs, there is potential for the role to transition into a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and oversee the marketing strategy for the Middle East and Europe regions.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans in coordination alignment with sales objectives.
- Build and manage both the marketing budget and long & medium-term roadmap.
- Establish and strengthen the 3SL brand in relevant target markets.
- Create diverse marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, website copy, and social media campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company website to enhance lead generation capabilities.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Track and report on key marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Represent Three Space Lab at industry events, trade shows, and summits.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the company’s brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with business development goals.
- Provide the sales team with effective marketing tools and collateral for pitches and demonstrations.
- Manage and lead graphic and web design resources to deliver creative, on-brand solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing management, preferably within technology or B2B industries. Experience from the real estate or proptech sector would be a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and other B2B marketing tools such as marketing automation, email marketing, SEO and Analytics, Social Media Management, List Building and List Generation, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful marketing content and manage brand positioning across multiple markets.
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools.
- Ability to represent the company at external events and build strategic partnerships.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside sales and business development teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
- Agile and adaptable. Things change….we adapt.
- Previous people management experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
