Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview

We’re scaling and seek a Marketing Project Manager to join our Cyprus team, onsite You will lead the execution of marketing and business projects across departments.

You will:

• Plan and coordinate the execution of marketing projects from start to finish with precision
• Identify the key person or department for each task and assign responsibilities accordingly
• Use Jira (or similar tools) to manage tasks, timelines, and workflows across multiple departments
• Follow up and track tasks across departments to ensure accountability and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and all internal teams to prioritize and align goals
• Monitor deadlines, anticipate challenges, and clear any roadblocks to progress
• Ensure team members are briefed, accountable, and working efficiently
• Proofread content and materials to maintain high English standards
• Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of assets
• Understand how marketing campaigns and digital assets flow across design, content, performance, and tech teams
• Keep detailed documentation and reporting on all ongoing and completed projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management (preferably in fintech, marketing, creative, or digital industries)
• Deep understanding of how marketing projects are structured and executed
• Advanced knowledge of Jira or similar PM tools
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
• Fluent in English with strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and cross-functionally
• Ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities
• You are based in Cyprus and can work onsite
