Job Description

  • إعداد الأهداف التشغيلية وخطط وبرامج العمل لكافة خدمات الاسواق التي تتبع القسم، ووضع الأفكار والتصورات التطويرية الهادفة للارتقاء بمستوى تقديمها، بالإضافة الى جذب الفرص الاستثمارية الجديدة لتنمية خدمات السوق لتلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات إمارة دبي ، وبما يتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للدائرة .
  • الرقابة الدورية على مفتشي الأسواق وكافة الاعمال التشغيلية في السوق بما فيها أعمال الصيانة، الأمن والحراسة، أعمال النظافة وغيرها والتأكد من تنفيذها بأعلى المستويات المهنية الممكنة وذلك بالتنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية المختصة .
  • التواصل مع المستثمرين والمتعاملين والمستأجرين وتعزيز أواصر التعاون معهم لرفع كفاءة خدمات السوق وزيادة رواده وإقامة المعارض والفعاليات الموسمية، تنفيذ الحملات الترويجية بالتنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية المعنية .
  • إعداد الميزانية التقديرية فيما يتعلق بالتكاليف التقديرية لإدارة وتشغيل السوق وتقديم الأنشطة والخدمات المختلفة فيها وتحديد الاحتياجات اللازمة من موارد بشرية ومعدات ولوازم مختلفة، بالإضافة إلى وضع خطط استثمار مرافق السوق وزيادة نمو الإيرادات .
  • إعداد أنظمة وإجراءات وأساليب تشغيل السوق، ووضع مؤشرات الأداء والمعايير والمقاييس الفنية للأنشطة والخدمات المقدمة للتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف المحددة وفقا للخطط والبرامج المعتمدة .
  • ضمان توفير كافة التسهيلات وخدمات الراحة للمستثمرين والمتعاملين والمستأجرين في السوق بما يعكس تقديم الخدمات وفقا لأفضل المستويات .
  • القيام بإجراء استطلاع دوري حول جودة الأنشطة والخدمات التي تقدمها الأسواق بهدف الارتقاء بمستوى تقديمها. بالإضافة إلى متابعة معالجة الشكاوى المقدمة من رواد السوق وإيجاد الحلول الفورية لمعالجتها .
