As a Mason, you play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the physical infrastructure of the property. Your responsibilities will involve executing masonry tasks with precision and contributing to the overall safety and aesthetic appeal of the hotel.

- Perform various masonry tasks, including but not limited to bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and concrete work, to ensure the structural integrity and visual appeal of the hotel.
- Execute repairs, renovations, and new installations in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Work with a variety of materials, such as bricks, concrete blocks, tiles, and stones, using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Interpret and follow architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications for accurate and precise masonry work.
- Inspect and assess existing structures, identifying areas that require maintenance or improvement.
- Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to address complex masonry challenges and support broader facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adhere to established procedures during all masonry activities.
- Maintain an organized inventory of masonry tools, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with supervisors to plan and prioritize masonry projects based on hotel needs.
- Assist in maintaining a neat and organized workshop and storage area for masonry tools and materials.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends, safety protocols, and new masonry techniques.
- Uphold a professional and customer-focused approach, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
