Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Assess client conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and tools.
- Educate clients on self-care, stress relief techniques, and wellness practices.
- Stay updated with latest massage therapy trends and techniques.
- Promote additional services and wellness packages when appropriate.
- Adhere to all state licensing laws and regulations.
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as per state regulations.
- Proven experience as a massage therapist (preferred).
- Proficiency in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and a safe, respectful environment.
- Experience in spa, wellness centers, or clinical settings.
- Knowledge of aromatherapy, reflexology, or other complementary therapies.
- Ability to handle physically demanding work.
