About The Role
Are you passionate about the fitness industry? Can you teach, coach as well as motivate people to achieve their goals? Then we need your skills as a Master Trainer to join our team of professionals today! Our Fitness team is led by hospitality industry experts who will guide and train you in this exciting career.You will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with and encouraging people while promoting and facilitating comprehensive health and fitness services and classes. You will work with guests and members on a day to day basis, while ensuring an international 5-star guest experience, both from a service delivery and an impeccably clean and hygienic facility perspective.
About You
As a Master Trainer you will need to be safety focused in the fitness environment and maintain a pro-active presence offering help, orientations, advice and support to all users while cultivating and developing relationships with residents and members to keep them on track and returning with frequency.
