Qualifications:

• IELTS or TOFEL for non-native teachers (6.5 Band score)
• Valid teaching license certificate/MOE license certificate

The Mathematics Teacher will be pivotal in delivering high-quality education, fostering intellectual and personal growth, and inspiring students to become active global citizens. The responsibilities and expectations for this role include the following:

Core Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematics subjects such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
• Align lessons with the California State Standards to ensure consistency and rigor.
• Employ innovative teaching strategies, including:

• Inquiry-Based Learning to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective use of technology to enhance learning experiences.

• Design and implement diverse learning activities tailored to meet students' needs.
• Monitor, assess, and report students’ academic performance and behavior.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development and address challenges.
• Prepare clear and structured lesson objectives and encourage academic perseverance.
