The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.

TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Partner. This role will primarily partner with leading advertisers and agencies in the MENA and South Africa region to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.
We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others.

This person will be primarily working with brand advertisers who are scaling performance revenues on on TikTok, from CPG, Retail and Auto to Entertainment and Media advertisers. Working across both the mobile and cross-platform space, this person will have the opportunity to build measurement programs which directly influence global Measurement strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Partner primarily with advertisers and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in our product and partnerships teams

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
- Expertise and experience with multi-cell testing, experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, media mix modeling, causal and inference analysis
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill

Preferred qualifications:
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English are required
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferred
