Position Overview

Key Responsibilities For using the following machines - PROTOS 2C PROTOS 90 GD121, F550 F350 F 349 ( Focke ) and GD X3 GD X6P fresh seal GD

• Lead, support and ExecuteTechnical Operators in attending to any machine breakdowns promptly
• Carrying out planned maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiently operate a Protos Cigarette Maker and Focke efficiently to achieve agreed production targets while giving the updates on the machine performance and tasks
• Lead and support the operators to ensure proper machine settings across the factory to ensure good quality
• Carry out modifications to improve on performance following a decision to do so by the manager
• Ensure key sub-assembly spares are available when required and in good condition
• Lead Technical Operators in carrying out machine conversions when necessary.
• Lead the team of Technical Operators in projects such as installations and commissioning
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience - 2 years plus
• Education level - Diploma Level
• Qualification - Trade Related
• Software- MS Office / Daily Management System
• Equipment - Desktops / Laptops / Machinery
• Knowledge of - Protos & Focke Machines
• Skills to -Problem Solve & Troubleshoot
• Ability to - Communicate Effectively with Customers
