Media Buyer

Persian Horizon is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to lead and scale our paid advertising initiatives across digital platforms. This role is focused on performance, lead quality, and return on investment—not simply ad spend.

You will collaborate closely with our growth, content, and sales teams to generate qualified leads for investment, advisory, and acquisition-focused campaigns while building scalable, data-backed advertising systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Strategically allocate and optimize budgets based on performance, CAC, and ROI targets
• Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Work with content and design teams to brief, develop, and refine high-performing ad creatives
• Scale successful campaigns efficiently and pause underperforming ones quickly
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through proper setup of pixels, events, and conversions
• Deliver clear weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus)
• Proven experience running lead generation and high-value service campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimization
• Experience managing medium to large monthly ad budgets
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience in investment, financial services, real estate, or high-ticket B2B
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead pipelines
• Experience working with international or multi-market campaigns
