 Job Overview

KILONEWTONS is looking for a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our Dubai healthcare team. You'll play a vital role in patient care while ensuring smooth clinical operations in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

 Clinical Duties:

  • Perform vital signs measurements & basic medical procedures
  • Assist physicians with examinations & minor surgeries
  • Conduct ECGs, phlebotomy & basic lab tests
  • Maintain sterilization protocols & medical inventory

Patient Care

  • Provide exceptional patient triage & support
  • Educate patients on treatment plans & medications
  • Ensure patient confidentiality & comfort

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage electronic health records (EHR) & medical documentation
  • Schedule appointments & coordinate patient flow
  • Handle insurance verification & billing support

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations
  • Maintain infection control standards
  • Implement clinic safety protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Technical Expertise:

  • 5+ years experience in clinical medical assistance
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (Cerner, Epic, or similar)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology & coding (ICD-10)

Certifications

  • Valid DHA license or eligibility
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Diploma in Medical Assistance or related field

Essential Skills

  • Fluency in English (Arabic a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication & bedside manner
  • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
