Medical Device Sales Representative

Kinetic is working with a growing Medical Device company who are hiring multiple Sales Representatives to be based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives, and targets.
• Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of the company's product portfolio and its benefits.
• Conduct meetings, present the company's products & their advantages, organize and distribute all needed promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience.
• Skilled in working with specialized healthcare professionals such as Dermatologists, Orthopedic surgeons, Pain Management specialists, and Plastic Surgeons.
• Good Knowledge of the UAE Market.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
