Mehnaty Graduate Program – Retail Banking, Dubai, UAE (UAE Nationals Preferred)

Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 13 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

We’re committed to teaching you the ropes

Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure across Retail Banking business. The analyst program begins with a business specific training program.

You will then rotate across different areas within the Retail Banking department, where you will have hands-on experience working across Business. Rotations usually provide product management, sales, technical and client-facing experience – allowing you to build a strong professional global network at Citi.

What We’ll Need From You

• Graduates between 2022 – 2024.
• Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.
• Keen interest in a career in financial services.
