We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.

As a MENATI Valves After Market & Technical Support Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with Valves Aftermarket global leadership and local sales leaders and regional channel partners to deliver operational excellence in the region.
• Working with the regional sales and channel partner teams to align on the strategic direction for growth initiatives of all work processes across your region and support department.
• Developing and maintaining service policies, procedures and service agreements related to all aspects of service operations including financial review processes, escalation processes, customer surveys and compliance with standard guidelines.
• Owning Service financials including revenue and expense forecasting.
• Owning Service metric reporting and accountability.
• Working with team to optimize field service capacity planning and modelling.
• Assisting with pricing and quoting for Revenue Cycle and relevant products.
• Staying current on new third-party vendor product offerings and BH functionality planning to assist prospects as they are evaluating new releases.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Have overall 10+ years of experience.
• Have knowledge of the valves business.
• Have demonstrated experience in aligning with multiple stakeholders to execute an aftermarket growth strategy in industrial market.
• Have a -proven ability to deal with executives at all levels.
• Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.
• Demonstrate success in driving process improvement across the aftermarket business.
• Project success driving cross-business / functional teams to drive service excellence.
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
• Flexible to travel 50% across MENATI including overnight stays.
