Verbal and written communication skills.

Coordination and leadership skills.

Management of Human resources with a focus on involvement, participation and motivation to build dedicated team spirit amongst employees.

Experienced in working in a computerized work environment, ability to use SAP systems and prepare MIS reports.

Implementing action plans and objectives to accomplish the company’s goals with respect to Inventory, budgetary, manpower, and contractor’s management




Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves)


Minimum Higher Diploma


Preferred professional training (Nice to have)

• HSE trainings.

• Supervisory level trainings.

• Experience in Managing Environment and Safety in Industries

• Material & heavy Equipment Management

• ICDL

Key Performance Indicators




Safety Audit

Review and Revised work procedures and work instructions to be ensure they are matched with actual process.
Safety & environment incidents to acceptable limits

Training and development plan for the new staff and its implementation
