Microsoft Power Platform (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Microsoft Dataverse, with strong integration experience across Dynamics 365, Azure, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and best practices across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Design and document API specifications and integration strategies with Azure services and third-party systems.
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (OWASP, HIPAA, Payment Gateway compliance)..
• Drive integration with Microsoft services including Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure SQL, and SharePoint.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and project tracking.
• Implement log management and monitoring using Azure Log Analytics Workspace.

Strong knowledge of Azure services including:

• Azure Functions
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure SQL
• Azure API Management
• Azure Log Analytics
• Experience in API design and security, including mobile app security and OWASP standards.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise solution delivery.
