Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mini Bar Attendant at our luxurious hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have an exceptional in-room dining experience.

  • Restock and maintain mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring all items are fresh, properly arranged, and fully stocked
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies or low stock levels
  • Process accurate billing for consumed mini bar items
  • Clean and sanitize mini bar units and surrounding areas
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar service during room turnovers
  • Maintain detailed records of stock levels, guest consumption, and billing
  • Assist in identifying popular items and suggest improvements to the mini bar offering
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or special requests

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic math and computer operations
  • Ability to operate mini bar refrigerators and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Physical ability to lift and carry supplies, and walk for extended periods
  • Knowledge of food and beverage inventory management
  • Familiarity with hotel policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quick and accurate decision-making skills
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, given Dubai's diverse international clientele
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
