Job Description

The MIS and Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions. To develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data models to provide insights that drive strategic initiatives.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate and timely information
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and reporting systems
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and reporting technologies
  
  

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analytics
• Reasonable understanding of Insurance Domain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
• Project management experience would be an added advantage
  
  

Required skills to be successful:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx) and databases (e.g., ORACLE SQL/ PLSQL )
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to converse confidently with various levels of management
