Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Advisor for our Direct Sales team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals while contributing to the growth of our mortgage portfolio.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
• Conduct in-depth financial assessments to determine clients' mortgage eligibility and needs
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products, terms, and conditions to prospective clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources
• Prepare and present mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and lenders to structure favorable mortgage deals
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE mortgage industry
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing of mortgage applications
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant mortgage advisor certification (e.g., Certified Mortgage Advisor)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending or related financial services
• Proven track record in direct sales, preferably in the banking or real estate sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in mortgage lending software and CRM systems
• In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and banking practices
• Understanding of real estate market trends in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required to meet client needs
