The ideal candidate is passionate about bringing ideas to life through engaging motion design, creating dynamic visuals that enhance user experiences across digital platforms, including web, mobile, and video.

The ideal candidate is passionate about bringing ideas to life through engaging motion design, creating dynamic visuals that enhance user experiences across digital platforms, including web, mobile, and video.
- Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, mobile applications, and multimedia projects.
- Develop and maintain animation templates and libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate creative concepts into impactful motion assets.
- Create storyboards, animatics, and prototypes to communicate animation ideas.
- Conduct research and testing to validate design and motion effectiveness.
- Ensure all animations follow accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices.
- Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation work.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other industry-standard animation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, storytelling, and visual design.
- Ability to create pixel-perfect animations and scalable motion assets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
