Repair, maintain, both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.
Job Description:
Ensure both Internal and External customers are dealt with promptly and courteously to achieve the highest level of customer service
Carry out, servicing and repair to all types of H-D motorcycles
Ensure that work, as detailed on the job card is completed within the manufactures’ standard repair times, where possible
To identify/find additional service work and report to the Technical/Service Advisor in order to assist the department reach its financial targets
Interpret both external and internal customer needs and supply technical support as requested by thorough knowledge of the product to maximise labour sales and productive efficiency without compromising the quality of the work delivered
Exceed customer expectations achieving customer satisfaction, maximise customer retention, leading to consistently high customer satisfaction index (CSI)results
Attend training courses as required to meet company and personal trainings needs as identified by the Service Manager to ensure knowledge and skills are updated in line with business and personal needs
Participate in the company performance appraisal process as required by the Service Manager
