Job Summary
A seasoned IT professional with 10 years of experience, responsible for the design, administration, and optimization of MSSQL databases, SharePoint and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) platforms, and .NET development. This role requires a blend of database architecture, system administration, and application development to ensure the seamless operation of enterprise systems, applications, and data environments.
Key Responsibilities
MSSQL Database Architect & Administrator:
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable SQL Server database architectures.
- Perform database administration tasks including installation, configuration, tuning, backup, and recovery.
- Ensure database security, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) strategies using Always On, clustering, and replication.
- Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) platforms.
- Ensure integration with other enterprise systems, managing workflows, document management, and user permissions.
- Provide system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning for SharePoint and EPM environments.
- NET Development:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the .NET framework, working with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Maintain and optimize application code, ensuring performance, security, and user experience best practices.
- Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshoot issues across databases, SharePoint, and .NET applications.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and uptime.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and system administrators to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide technical support, resolve issues, and maintain system documentation for all managed platforms.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in MSSQL database architecture & administration, SharePoint & EPM administration, and .NET development.
- Skills:
- Expertise in SQL Server (2012/2016/2019), SharePoint, EPM, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning, application development, and systems integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for databases, SharePoint, or .NET applications.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, T-SQL).
