We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Technician to perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities.

- Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets.
- Perform plumbing duties such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fittings.
- Handle minor carpentry tasks, including furniture repairs, door and window adjustments, and fixture installations.
- Conduct basic mechanical repairs on equipment and tools as needed.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records of completed work.
- Support civil maintenance works including tiling, painting, and patch repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Proficient in at least two core areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and drawings.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Experience working in commercial, residential, or hospitality facilities.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and safety equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
