Overview Of The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the recruitment process for specific business units, ensuring a satisfactory experience for all stakeholders involved. The role entails full ownership of meeting KPIs and SLAs in line with group standards. Additionally, it involves managing and driving the sourcing and selection processes, developing networks and talent pipelines, and facilitating assessments and offers. Continuous collaboration with business units to align recruitment efforts with manpower planning and strategic goals is fundamental.

What You Will Do
- Support the business unit during manpower planning and scheduling
- Contribute to the development of a Hiring Plan for different brands to fulfil budgeted manpower requirement
- Provides proactive insights to what the market looks like during the strategic planning stage
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned businesses or Business Units ensuring a highly satisfactory experience for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Support business units during manpower planning and scheduling, contributing to the development of a hiring plan to fulfill budgeted manpower requirements.
- Provide proactive insights into market conditions during strategic planning stages to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing solutions, including attraction, sourcing, selection, and integration, while understanding business needs and growth plans.
- Drive proactive fulfillment of manpower business requirements by developing an extensive network in the market and fostering relationships with external talent for business talent acquisition pipelines.
- Utilize appropriate assessment tools to attract, source, and select the right talent. Facilitate and record assessment activities to ensure merit-based decisions.
- Efficiently use tools such as Sniperhire (ATS), social media, and job boards. Plan and conduct assessment centers/open days and develop talent pools to meet hiring plan requirements.
- Ensure SLAs are adhered to, processes are followed for all roles, and regularly review SLAs and processes with business units to ensure alignment and improvement.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to conduct organizational needs analysis and develop suitable hiring plans.
- Experience with strategic manpower planning and detailed understanding of labor market trends.
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment/sourcing experience in retail industry is preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, personal assessment, problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
