Job Description

  • Sell Oracle's NetSuite’s application software and related services to existing accounts in a defined territory. The selling activities and relationship nurturing is conducted over the telephone and in person.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers as the lead point of contact on all account management matters, building trusted advisor relationships with key business executives and stakeholders both internal and external via solution provider partners, managing sales through forecasting, account strategy planning and post closure customer support.
  • Articulate business benefits of NetSuite solutions to the relevant audience.
  • Manage a volume business i.e. many deals in a given period.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to point of close.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to grow opportunities within territory in order to meet business quotas.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications, cross lines of business.
  • Work closely with Solution Providers, Pre Sales, Professional Services implementation teams on all customer projects as One team.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, webinar and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • experience selling ERP solutions either on premise or Cloud.
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors
  • Consistent track record of delivering to quota and revenue goals – ideally within the ERP industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with internal/external clients.
  • You must have experience in quota achievement in a comparable role to be considered.
  • Strong Customer management skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Strong desire to overachieve revenue goals.
  • Able to complete own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures
