The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, be CCNA certified, and possess hands-on experience with Microsoft 365. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance, security, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring seamless integration with network systems.
- Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades, including software updates and patches.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords for network security.
- Provide technical support and training for end-users to optimize the use of network resources.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configuration, changes, and operational procedures.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in network administration.
- CCNA certification is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
