We are seeking a reliable and proactive Network & Security Administrator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise network and security systems for our client company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Network & Security Administrator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise network and security systems for our client company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, configure, and maintain network and security devices (firewalls, switches, routers).
- Respond to network outages and performance issues.
- Assist in implementing network security measures and monitoring tools.
- Provide L1/L2 support for users and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain documentation of network architecture and support activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on security incidents.
- 4-6 years of experience in network and security administration.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall policies.
- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Security+ preferred.
- Police clearance is mandatory for UAE.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
