Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all activities on the night shift, including production, maintenance, and safety
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance to the night shift team
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal downtime
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety activities
- Communicate and collaborate with other shifts to ensure continuity and consistency in operations
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on night shift operations and performance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas operations, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Higher secondary diploma or equivalent, with a degree or certification in a related field preferred
