What You'll Do
Roles & Responsibility
- Monitored infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, SolarWinds and Riverbed to ensure high service availability.
- Performed incident response, maintenance and troubleshooting for enterprise systems including queue systems, kiosks, ATMs, iPads and digital signage.
- Provided remote diagnostics and technical resolution through SCCM.
- Coordinated with vendors and internal teams for timely escalation and closure of complex incidents.
