Role Overview
As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 45 days to 5 years.
- Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and inquiry-based learning approaches.
- Monitoring and assessing childrens progress, ensuring individualized learning experiences that support their growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to foster a positive and supportive learning community.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and child protection policies within the nursery.
- A minimum CACHE Level 3 certification or equivalent in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- A passion for creating innovative and enriching learning experiences for young children.
