Occupational Psychologist

                                                We are seeking a talented and motivated professional in Organizational/Occupational Psychology to join a high-performing consulting team delivering projects across the Middle East region, based in Dubai.
The role is open to internationally based candidates and will support relocation to Dubai, UAE.
This individual will support and/or lead client engagements focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership assessment, culture transformation, and talent development. The role offers exposure to both project delivery and strategic advisory, with scope to manage client relationships, contribute to solution design, and drive measurable business impact.
Depending on experience, responsibilities will span from hands-on project management and analysis to senior-level consulting, client relationship management, and business development.
Client & Project Delivery
- Deliver high-quality consulting projects across the Middle East, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
 - Support or lead initiatives in leadership development, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
 - Develop detailed project plans and coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
 - Design and implement data-driven, practical solutions to address client challenges.
 
Advisory & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on assessment, talent, and organizational psychology topics.
 - Translate data and psychological insights into actionable business recommendations.
 - Contribute to presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to enhance client engagement.
 - At senior levels: lead major accounts, build senior stakeholder relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
 
Research & Insights
- Conduct diagnostics, surveys, and data analysis using organizational psychology methodologies.
 - Generate clear, insightful reports and recommendations for client decision-making.
 - Stay abreast of emerging trends in assessment, leadership, and organizational development.
 
Collaboration & Practice Development
- Partner with regional and global teams to deliver integrated, cross-practice solutions.
 - Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
 - For experienced consultants: coach junior colleagues and contribute to practice growth and strategy.
 
 
- Minumum: Master's degree (or higher) in Organizational / Industrial Psychology or a related field.
 - 6-10/+ years of experience in organizational psychology, talent assessment, or human capital consulting (level will depend on experience).
 - Proven ability to manage or lead complex consulting projects, from design to delivery.
 - Strong client-facing skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
 - Experience using psychometric assessments, diagnostic tools, and data analytics in organizational settings.
 - Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with regional travel (25-40%).
 - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or psychometric tools is an advantage.
 - Previous experience in a global consulting or professional services firm preferred.
