Our client, a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in Europe, is now expanding into the UAE market and is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company and play a key role in their expansion into the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
  • Control document flow and correspondence for the company
  • Fill up invoices; receipts; SPA; booking forms, EOI
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Manage various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements when necessary
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Other duties as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role with a developer
  • Knowledge of process DLD registration and OQOOD registration off plan
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
