Office Boy

Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Boy to support our team and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. The Office Boy will handle daily office tasks such as cleaning, organizing, serving refreshments, running errands, and assisting staff as needed. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth office operations and a comfortable atmosphere for both employees and guests

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in the office, including pantry & washrooms
• Assist with photocopying, filing, and document distribution
• Prepare and serve tea/coffee/water
• Manage and replenish office and pantry supplies such as tissues, cups, tea, coffee, milk, etc.
• Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Office boy or in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
