Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Maintain cleanliness in the office, including ensuring common areas like meeting rooms, break areas, and reception are tidy.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and ordering when necessary.
- Assist with basic data entry or clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Handle office errands such as delivering documents or packages.
- Support the staff in organizing meetings or events when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of office management procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office tools, email).
- Attention to detail.
- Office environment with typical working hours.
- Some physical tasks like lifting office supplies or moving documents may be required.
