Office Manager – Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a dynamic and versatile Office Manager to support our Middle East team and help re-establish our Abu Dhabi office. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces flexibility, and is passionate about contributing to a purpose-driven organization.

Your Role

Administrative & Office Support

• Provide administrative assistance to the Middle East team
• Manage day-to-day office operations and logistics
• Support senior staff with scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management
  
  

PRO & Visa Coordination

• Liaise directly with ADGM and Mainland PROs to arrange:
• Resident visas and work permits
• Critical infrastructure site passes
• Assist with the transition from mainland to ADGM visa processes

Compliance & Procurement

• Maintain ERM’s In-Country Value (ICV) Certificate
• Ensure ERM’s profile is current on client procurement portals
• Support local compliance and regulatory documentation
  
  

What You Bring

• A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in office management, admin support, or PRO coordination (preferred)
• Familiarity with ADGM processes and UAE compliance frameworks is a plus
